He is survived by: his wife Nina Watson Winslow; his sons, Mark Cameron Winslow (Tracey Rogers Winslow) and David Randolph Winslow (Mary Barnette Winslow); his grandchildren, Allison Paige Winslow of Sandston, VA. and Caleb Randolph Winslow of Sandston, VA.; his niece Bernie Winslow Baker (Blake Baker) of Roseville, CA; his sister Margaret Winslow (Herb Alber); and his friends, Louis, Virlinda Heindl, J. R. Tucker and Dell Shaff. He is also survived by numerous other nieces, nephews, cousins, and cherished friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Nelsen Funeral Home (4650 S Laburnum Ave, Richmond, VA 23231). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
