He is survived by: his significant other Cathy; his children, Matt (Christina), Brad (Jill) and Staci (Mark); his grandchildren, Sydney (Ian), Cooper, Ryan, Heidi, Nolan, Andrew and Rylee (Mitchell); his great grandchildren, Milo, Lottie and Sterling; and his siblings, Micheal Crist, Renee Woodell (Rick), Betty Ann Doyle, Anita Watson and Melinda Wallace (Dillard). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
