He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Joseph McGregor, Sr. and Courtenaye Houser McGregor. He is survived by: his wife Catherine Louise Miller McGregor; his brother Malcolm Houser McGregor; his children, Karen McGregor Young (Scott) and Steven Andrew McGregor (Stephanie); his grandchildren, Amber Williamson (Ben), Sophie Young, Connor Young, Ailsa Young and Amelia McGregor; his brother Duncan McGregor; and his siblings-in-law, Carol Tolbert, Rebecca Miller, Robert Miller and William Tolbert. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 24th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Bliley's (8510 Staples Mill Rd, Richmond, VA 23228). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. John's United Church of Christ (503 Stuart Cir, Richmond, VA 23220).
