He was predeceased by: his parents, Lois and William; and his brother Bill. He is survived by: his wife Pamela; his daughters, Erica (Brett), Holly (Jack) and Heather; his grandchildren, Nash, Max, Finn, Fox and Simon; and his brothers, John and Geoff. He is also survived by his many cousins, nieces, nephews, and in-laws.
