It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Norman Ray Blount Jr. (Richmond, Virginia), who passed away on August 8, 2024, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his mother Doris Hill Blount; and his nephew Daniel Windsor Harman. He is survived by: his daughter Emily Blount; his father Norman Ray Blount, Sr.; his sisters, Terri Harman, Tracie Nunn and Melodie Melton (Hunter); his niece Rachel Harman; his nephews, Taylor Melton and Joshua Melton; and his aunt Lea Fields. He is also survived by many cousins and life-long friends.
