She was predeceased by: her husband J. Kenneth Williams; her grandson Robert E. Havey III (Rob); and her parents, Murtis Lucy and J. Cleveland Lucy. She is survived by: her children, Teresa Havey (Bob) of Glen Allen, Karen Hedelt (Rob) of Fredericksburg and Kenn Williams of Norfolk; her sister Christine Tanner; her grandchildren, Allison Havey Lindenau (Grant) of Ashland, Carden Williams Hedelt (Anna Williams) of Durham, N. C. and Taylor Hedelt Owen (Eric) of Stuttgart, Germany.; and her siblings, Edith Plummer, Kathleen Tanner, Jane Rash, J. C. Lucy, Jr., Emory H. Lucy and C. Patterson Lucy. She is also survived by several sisters-in-law, numerous nieces and nephews.
