She was predeceased by: her parents, John Kashner and Bonnie Kashner; and her sister Joan Eckenrode. She is survived by: her significant other Joseph R. Durrett Jr.; her children, Joseph R. Durrett III (Christian), David E. Durrett (Susan) and Kathy Gentry (Wayne); and her siblings, Ann Thorn and John Kashner (Sally). She is also survived by five grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 22nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM. A reception will be held on Saturday, March 22nd 2025 at 11:00 AM. A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, March 22nd 2025 at the St. Thomas Episcopal Church (3602 Hawthorne Ave, Richmond, VA 23222).
