She was predeceased by: her mother Mozelle Bernice Chenault; her brother Michael A. Dickerson; and her stepfather Nick Chenault, Sr.. She is survived by: her daughters, Brittany D. Dickerson and Shydia M. Dickerson; her grandson Kyrell K. Davis; and her aunts and uncles, Shirley E. Dickerson, Valerie Drumgoole, Angela Patterson, Vanessa Andrews, Norman E. Dickerson, Junius Meredith, Jr. and Alfred Carter.
