He was predeceased by: his parents, James Taylor and Ruby Boone Taylor of Wirtz, VA.. He is survived by: his wife Michele Taylor; his children, Greg Taylor (Gena), Eric Taylor (Alli), Nikki Horton (Ryan) and Sara Tomblin (Bubba); his stepdaughter Heather Harrington; his grandchildren, Clayton, Jaxson, Olivia, Miller, Mason and Kinsley; his siblings, John Taylor (Linda) and Martha Bowman (Dean); and his sister-in-law Marilee Taylor. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 6th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Grace Church (2240 Cranbeck Rd, Richmond, VA 23235). A celebration of life was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Oak Hill Old German Baptist Brethren Church Cemetery.
