It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Michael Fowler of Richmond, Virginia, who passed away on December 27, 2021, at the age of 53, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his significant other Robert Scott Hafling; his parents, Mary Elizabeth Fallin (Clarke) and Jesse L. Fowler Jr. (Donna); his brother Scott Fowler; his stepbrother Kenny Moore; his half-sister Katherine Croft (Brooke); and his pet Reed.
All persons are requested to wear face masks during the visitation.
