It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Linda T. Howe of Richmond, Virginia, born in Carlisle, Pennsylvania, who passed away on April 1, 2021, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William H. Theurer and Dorothy Mildred Kline Theurer; and her brother William H. Theurer, Jr. of Pennsylvania. She is survived by: her husband Charles Richard Howe (Dick); her daughter Jennifer Lynn Howe (Rey Leo Mehlhorn); her siblings, Thomas N. Theurer of Altoona, PA and Dorothy Noel of Colorado Springs, CO; her sister-in-law Anne Marie Theurer; and her friends, Jim, Emily Lebedda and Catherine Mishler of Richmond.
