She was predeceased by: her husband Roland Massie Pugh, Jr.; her parents, Everett Proffitt and Dorothy Proffitt; and her son-in-law Kristopher Owens. She is survived by: her children, Steven Massie Pugh and Kristina Pugh Owens; her grandchildren, Justin Sawyer (Amy), Ashley Pugh, Kallie and Kamryn Owens; her great grandchild Everett Graham Pugh; and her brother Kenneth Proffitt (Judy). She is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Bon Air Baptist Church (2531 Buford Rd, Richmond, VA 23235). A graveside service will be held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Westhampton Memorial Park (10000 Patterson Ave, Richmond, VA 23238).
