He is survived by: his wife Dolores "Dottie" Headley; his children, Leon "Chip" Headley, Jr. (Nikki) and Lisa Fleenor (Rick); his sister Joyce Tomlin (Guy); and his grandchildren, Tasha Headley, Dustin Headley (Kaytee), Holly Guy (Thomas), Lexy Headley and Zane Headley. He is also survived by many great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
