She was predeceased by: her father Freddie Lindsey Sr.; her husband Edward R. ShambryJr; her children, Naquisha S Shambry and Darryl J Shambry; and her siblings, Charlene Lindsey, Darlene Privott, Calvin Lindsey and Leonard Lindsey.
She is survived by: her mother Gladys D. Lindsey; her children, Phylicia D. Shambry (John), Jaleel R Shambry, Troy J Shambry and James Walker; and her siblings, Freddie Lindsey (Denise) of Norfolk, Charles Lindsey of Newport News, Jesse Lindsey (Juanita) of Norfolk, Gladys Lee of Newport News, Icesoline Lindsey of Newport News, Debroah Johnson Norfolk and Gary Lindsey of Norfolk. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
