It is with great sadness that we announce the death of June Delores Spencer of Richmond, Virginia, who passed away on July 3, 2021, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her husband Herbert Spencer, Jr.. She is survived by : her children, Bob, Steve Parsons and Celie Seeber; and her brother Edward Mawyer. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.
