It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joseph Clifton McWilliams Jr. (Richmond, Virginia), born in Jackson, Mississippi, who passed away on March 9, 2025, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his wife Anne; his son Mark McWilliams (Rachel); his grandchildren, Jack (Murphy) and Annie; his daughter Heather Brand (Abel); and his grandchildren, Emily, Madison, Cole, Rynn and William.

Visitation was held on Friday, March 14th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Bliley's Funeral Home. A funeral service was held on Saturday, March 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Trinity United Methodist Church (903 Forest Ave, Richmond, VA 23229).
