It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joan Woltz Robins in Richmond, Virginia, born in Mount Airy, North Carolina, who passed away on June 27, 2024, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Joan Moore Woltz and H. O. Woltz, Jr.. She is survived by: her husband William Randolph "Randy" Robins; her children, William Randolph "Rand" Robins, Jr. (Lucy), Howard Spotswood "Spotty" Robins (Anne Carey) and Berkeley Robins McQuiddy (Scott); her grandchildren, Dabney Keane Robins, William "Will" Randolph Robins III, Georgia "Georgie" Evelyn Robins, Emma Roane Robins, Alexander Spotswood "Spotty" Robins II, Nelson Woltz McQuiddy and Carter Robins McQuiddy; and her siblings, Louise E. Woltz, H. O. Woltz III and Edwin Moore Woltz. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
