She was predeceased by: her husband Thomas Emmett Lee; and her brothers, Alton Sharpe Jr., John Sharpe and Forest Sharpe. She is survived by: her daughter Beth Lee Rendon (Rick); her grandchildren, Taylor Rendon and Kate Rendon; her great grandchildren, Dr. Thomas E. Lee, Jr. (Pebbles) and Evelyn Rosson; and also, Isabel Lee-Rosson (Jarod), Victoria Lee-Bratcher (Benjamin) and Josephine Lee-Auger (CJ).
In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to one of Joan's favorite charities, the American Red Cross or the Tuckahoe Volunteer Rescue Squad, Henrico, Va.
