It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jeanne Randall Woodard of Richmond, Virginia, who passed away on September 10, 2024, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Matthew Everett Randall and Juanita Hunter Randall; her husband Cecil'Woody'Woodard, Sr.; her sons, Michael Randall, Victor Randall and Cornell Randall; and her siblings, Richard Randall, Matthew Randall, Jr., Mark Randall, James Randall, Lumelia Turner, Mae Sue Carter, Olivia Thompson, Annie Loadholt and Judith Carpenter.
She is survived by: her sisters, Lena Daniels-Epps and Sharrye Cooper; her grandchildren, Victor Randall, Jr., Melanie Randall, Michelle Goodall, Monique McCarthy and Youlanda Randall; her nieces and nephews, Reuben Carter, Matthew Randall III, Troy Mickie, Christopher Mickie, Arthur Mickie, Juanita Randall, Jocelyn Murrain, Debra Randall and Donna Hamilton; her great-nephews, Ashiki Branch, Jamal Branch and Hassan Randall; and her great-niece Michelle Branch. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
Viewing will be held on Thursday, September 19th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM at the Scott's Funeral Home (115 E. Brookland Park Blvd 23222). A funeral service will be held on Friday, September 20th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Scott's Chapel (116 E. Brookland Park Blvd., 23222).
