She is survived by: her grandchildren, Murray Jr., Keenan, Jessica of Richmond, Virginia and Shane Parker (Porche) of Salisbury; her brother Stanley Walter Parker (Audrey); and her nieces and nephews, Carlin Whitehurst of Accokeek, Stanley Whitehurst of Hertford, Charita Whitehurst of Belvidere and Virgil Whitehurst of Silver Springs, Maryland..

Visitation was held on Sunday, April 6th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the T. E. Cooke-Overton Funeral Home (405 Johnson Ave, Suffolk, VA 23434). A funeral service was held on Sunday, April 6th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location.
