He was predeceased by: his parents, Mildred Iola Stitt and Roscoe Thomas Stitt; his sisters, Carol Benton and Darlene Speakman; his brothers-in-law, Clyde Benton and Jack Speakman; his nieces and nephews, Donna Carwile and Jesse Carwile; and his great-nephew Justin Carwile.
He is survived by: his brother David Stitt; his sister-in-law Danielle Stitt; his nieces and nephews, Letha Eller, Mark Eller, Spencer Stitt, Susan Fitak and Mike Fitak; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Ansley Eller, Alex Eller, Josh Donahue, Ryan Donahue, Brayton Fitak, Hunter Fitak and Lily Carwile.
