He was predeceased by: his parents, Horace L. Sr. Evans and Romaine G. Evans; and his nephew Alexander Amir Oliver. He is survived by: his sisters, Michelle Evans Oliver and Cheryl A. Evans; his niece Lauren Oliver; his nephew Evan Oliver; his friends, Rodney Munford and Cholon Coleman-Boyd; and his caregiver Charmaine Bell. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
Viewing was held on Tuesday, November 5th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM at the Scott's Funeral Home (115 E. Brookland Park Blvd 23222).
