With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Henry Murray Massie Jr. of Richmond, Virginia, who passed away on August 13, 2024 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his son Richard Murray Massie (Mary Anne); his sister Ashley Lewis Massie; and his parents, Ashley Miller Massie and Henry Murray Massie. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth "Terry" Callahan Massie; his children, Jeannie Massie Japp (Johan), Ashley Massie Doyle (Patrick) and Henry Wiltshire Massie (Mary Michael); his grandchildren, Gracie, Ashley, Johan Japp, Gray, Wiltshire (Willie), Reilly Doyle, Morgan, Henry, Tommy, Archer Massie, Richard, Preston and Mary Brooks Massie; and also, Deedee, Clint Greene, Elizabeth Bargatze, Thomas, Ross, Ryan, Austin Hooker, Olivia, Mac Bargatze and Clinton Greene.
