He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John Halk Helton and Nettie Hodges Helton; his wife Peggy Webster (Pat); his daughter Jennifer Helton Luzzatto; his granddaughter Laura Luzzatto; and his son-in-law Michael D'Aiutolo.
A memorial service was held on Sunday, February 9th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the Second Baptist Church (9614 River Rd, Richmond, VA 23229).
