He was predeceased by: his father Charles Franklyn Humphrey. He is survived by: his daughter Ann Miller Humphrey; his mother Betty Jane Humphrey; his siblings, Peggy Ann Matzen (Jeffrey) and Larry Gene Humphrey (Cindy); his nephews, Clayton Humphrey, CJ Matzen and Luke Matzen; and his niece Magnolia Matzen.
