It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elna Womack Salmon of Richmond, Virginia, who passed away on January 5, 2025, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband F. F. Salmon, Jr. (Fred); her siblings, David R. Womack, Jr., Lona Dale and Leora Womack; and her parents, David R. Womack, Sr. and Virginia Louise Morris.
She is survived by: her nieces and nephews, Ross Womack (Dana) of Murfreesboro, TN, Larry Venable (Kathy) of The Villages, Annette Stuart (John) of Marietta, GA and Peyton Coats (Steve) of Covington, GA.; and her sister-in-law Vernelle Venable of Wildwood, FL.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Bliley's Chippenham Chapel (6900 Hull Street Rd N, Richmond, VA 23224). A burial will be held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at the Dale Memorial Park (10201 Newbys Bridge Rd, Chesterfield, VA 23832).
