Donald Beckett Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Donald Beckett (Richmond, Virginia), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 7, 2024 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Benjamin Beckett and Ellen Beckett; and his siblings, Ben and Frances Wolfe. He is survived by: his wife Jean Newman; his children, Gary (Louisa) and Tonya (Bob Newman); his stepdaughter Geri Hodnett (John); his grandchildren, Kaitlyn Beckett, Marshall and Amanda Weakley; and his former wife Marylin Diane Hindle of Louisville. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
