He is survived by: his children, David Jr. (Danielle), Megan (Brandon) and James (Shannon); his siblings, Sam, Luke (Julie) and Mary; his brother-in-law Duwayne; his grandchildren, Taylor, Morgan, Ellie, Adaleigh, Silas and Sawyer; his girlfriend Janice; and his nieces and nephews, Chris, Dawn (Joe), Brian, Lisa, Melissa (Mike) and Luke Jr. (Casey). He is also survived by many other great nieces, nephews and lifelong friends.
