He was loved and cherished by many people including: his mother Shirley; his wife Anne Lacy Ellett of Richmond; his children, Lacy Ellett of Columbus and Justin Ellett of Richmond; and his brothers, Marshal L. Ellett of North Carolina and Edward C. Ellett of Nottoway County.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, January 10th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Hollywood Cemetery (412 S Cherry St, Richmond, VA 23220).
His favorite charity was St. Jude's Hospital for Children.
