He was predeceased by: his parents, Otho Lee Parker and Lucy Mae Parker; his son Shawn Pratt; and his siblings, Maebelle Alsop, Nathaniel, John Henry and Clinton.
He is survived by: his wife Elaine; his daughters, Ikaya, Erika and Isha; his grandchildren, Kaylah and Kaiden; and his siblings, Willie (Linda), Wendell (Ethel), Russell (Debbie) and Patricia (Stanley). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and in-laws.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Bliley's Funeral Home - Chippenham (6900 Hull St Rd, Richmond, VA 23224). A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
