Cherri Dale Fuhrman Obituary
Cherri Dale Fuhrman, 61, died on Thursday, March 6, 2025. She was born in Richmond, Virginia on June 29, 1963, to John Stephen Webb and Brenda Lee Webb (Schulz).
She is survived by her partner of twenty-seven years and caregiver George A. Carneal, former spouse, David L. Fuhrman, siblings Kimberlea D. Dowdle (Husband, Douglas), Tracee N. Bowles, Kenneth R. Stevens (Wife, Carrie), along with nieces and nephews, Jason L. Murphey (Wife, Rachel, Son Illidan), Shelby L. Dowdle, Emma-Lee R. Dowdle, Gavin R. Stevens and Gabriel P. Bowles. Along with the children of her partner, Brandon M. Carneal (Wife, Ashley, Son, Logan & Daughter, Abigail), Brandy M. Layne (Husband, Rickie, Son, Hayden).
She was preceded in death by her grandparents Perry & Rose Schulz and George & Helen Webb, her parents, John S. Webb, and Brenda L. Wells (Schulz) and her uncle, Carl E. Schulz.
As a teen, she attended and graduated from Highland Springs High School, where she met her lifelong best friend, Laura (Morgan) Willis.
During her early working years, she worked at Home Beneficial Life Insurance Company for many years, and later in life she worked at Willow Oaks Country Club, both located in Richmond, Virginia.
She enjoyed traveling, spending time outdoors at the beach, in the mountains, and spending time in her own back yard. She also enjoyed spending time with friends and family.
The family will be receiving friends and family on Monday, March 17th, between 6 p.m. - 8 p.m. at the Mechanicsville Chapel of Bennett Funeral Home, 8014 Lee-Davis Rd. A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, March 18th at 1:30 p.m. at the Mechanicsville Chapel of Bennett Funeral Home, 8014 Lee-Davis Road immediately followed by a graveside service at Washington Memorial Park, 6217 Memorial Dr, Sandston, VA 23150.
