He was predeceased by: his father Paul L. Finley; his wife Betty Jo Finley; his mother A. Dortha Finley; and his brother Donald H. Finley. He is survived by: his children, Anna Marie Yarbrough, Debra Tavasso (Kim) and Franklin "Chip" Finley (Cheryl); and his grandchildren, Emily, Charlie Yarbrough, Lee Tavasso (Megan), Sara, Lara and Mary Finley.
