With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Catherine Taylor Deaver (Richmond, Virginia), who passed away on April 25, 2025 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, may Catherine find peace everlasting, cradled in the gentle embrace of the universe. And as we stand on the shores of remembrance, may her legacy inspire us to live each day with purpose, passion, and profound gratitude for the gift of life itself.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Taylor and Ethel Taylor. She is survived by: her children, Jed Deaver (Jenny), Beth Deaver and Mark Partridge (Gabrielle); her cousin Carolyn Dyson; and her close friend Jo Anne Downey. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Friendship Baptist Church (5200 Newbys Bridge Rd, Chesterfield, VA 23832).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made in her name to the Multiple Sclerosis Society.
