With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Camilla Dawn Nichols (Richmond, Virginia), who passed away on November 18, 2024 at the age of 52. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Camilla Dawn may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Camilla Dawn touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her father Paul Nichols. She is survived by: her mother Brenda Nichols; her daughter Keanna Nichols; and her siblings, Dr. Colita Fairfax (Anthony), Rev. Kimberly McKissick (Bishop Rudolph) and Rev. Paul B. D. Nichols. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Viewing will be held on Tuesday, November 26th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM at the Scott's Funeral Home (115 E. Brookland Park Blvd 23222). A reception will be held on Tuesday, November 26th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the same location.
