It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Ann Fife of Richmond, Virginia, who passed away on January 11, 2025, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. In the sacred silence of farewell, Betty Ann is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. And as her memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Betty Ann's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
She is survived by: her children, Alicia, Danielle Fife and Linwood Fife (Angela); her sisters, Bernice Hicks and Dorothy Baskerville (Grant); and her sister-in-law Gladys Taylor. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
Viewing was held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM at the Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home (2011 Grayland Ave, Richmond, VA 23220). The lying in state was held on Friday, January 24th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Faith & Family Church (7900 Walmsley Blvd, Richmond, VA 23235). Visitation was held on Friday, January 24th 2025 at 10:45 AM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Friday, January 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
