The lying in state was held on Thursday, April 3rd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Mt. Vernon Baptist Church (1902 Rosewood Ave, Richmond, VA 23220). A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 3rd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
