Lockley Jr. and Julian Phelps; his granddaughter Xa'Nai Lockley; his mother Berlinda Jeffers; his siblings, Shannon Hargrove, Bianca Lockley-Green (Michael), Clinton (Arika) and Chad Phillips; his parents-in-law, Ronald and Brenda Woodson; and his sister-in-law Brandy Miles (Andrew). He is also survived by one aunt; one uncle; a host of nieces, nephews and cousins.
