She was loved and cherished by many people including: her mother Mary Elizabeth Billups; her adoptive parents, Lloyd W. Winston and Flossie May Winston; her siblings, Denise Billups-Cook (Kenneth), Rahim Shabazz and Kenneth Billups (Kimberly Logan); and her daughters, Tasha and Tiara Winston. She was also cherished by nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, and other relatives and friends.
