He is survived by: his daughters, Sonya Y. Turnage (Cornelius Sr.), Chanda O'Loughlin (Anthony) and Augustine Smith; his grandchildren, Colby Muhammad (Keith Nixon), Anjae O'Loughlin, Aijalon O'Loughlin, Denise Smith and Mark Smith; and his brother Kenneth Bragg (Barbara). He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins; and other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, February 12th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM at the Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home (2011 Grayland Ave, Richmond, VA 23220). A funeral service was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
