We are sad to announce that on April 24, 2022, Arthur D. Toth Jr. of Richmond, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur D. Toth and Gloria Bella Toth. He is survived by: his significant other Steve Forstner; his siblings, Joseph Toth (Suzan) and Gloria Lynn Bradley (John); and his nieces and nephews, Samantha Bradley, John Bradley, Jr., Joseph, David and Alexandria Toth.
