He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Loney; his children, Reginald, Christopher Loney and Tiffany Loney; and his siblings, Edward, Norman Loney (Maria), Lillie L. Carter, Veronica A. Loney and Mary L. Robinson. He is also survived by one granddaughter, and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
