He was predeceased by: his sisters, Juditha Heaslip Biggs and Jacqueline Heaslip Studwell. He is survived by: his wife Eileen Heaslip of Mechanicsville, VA; his children, Megan Heaslip Blake (Christopher) of Mechanicsville and William Heaslip (Heather) of Staunton, VA; and his grandchildren, William, Katherine Blake, Mykah and Liam Heaslip. He is also survived by his parents.
