He is survived by: his children, Janet Shelton (Edward) and William Billups (Danielle); and his brothers, Alphonzo Billups (Diane) and Ronald Billups (Troy). He is also survived by four grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
