He is survived by: his wife Maudie Sparks; his daughter Teresa Sparks Dodge of Ormond Beach; his stepchildren, Jerry Rowe (Barbara) of Swords Creek, Gary Rowe (Deidra) and Debbie Hess (Darrell) of Cedar Bluff, Virginia.; his siblings, Pat Sparks of Port Orange and Donna Berrong (Billy) of Holly Hill, Florida.; his son William Eddie Berrong (Shelly) of Daytona Beach; his brother Don Sparks (Gloria Jean) of Ringgold, Virginia.; and his grandchildren, Annaleigh Rowe, Micaiah Noel, Haley Cole and Jefferey Sayers.

A funeral service was held on Wednesday, December 18th 2024 at 11:00 AM.
