With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Tyler Matthew Herndon of Richlands, Virginia, who passed away on March 15, 2023 at the age of 34. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his aunt Elena; his uncle Kermit Smith, Jr. (Junior); and his grandmother Pauline McGlothlin. He is survived by: his parents, Matthew Herndon and Bridget Looney; his daughter Giavana Herndon; his fiancé Christiana Hamilton; his grandparents, James and Peggy Looney; his uncles, Jamie Looney, Davey Looney, Jerry Cox and Andrew Herndon; and his close friend Sherry Looney.
