We are sad to announce that on May 22, 2018, at the age of 77, Troy Carl Vance (Richlands, Virginia), born in Oakwood, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parent John Elijah; and his siblings, Marie Mullins and Thurman Vance. He is survived by: his parent Rachel Childress Vance; his wife Mildred Odell Meadows Vance; his daughters, Vicky Vance Alesia Simpson (Alan Vivian Ramey) and Joe Donna Shelton (Wayne); his sister Dean Dunn; his grandchildren, Ashley Simpson, Jacob Simpson, Nick Ramey and Magan Ramey; his great grandchild Skylar Gray Simpson Canine; and also Daisy Mae.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the March of Dimes; 1275 Mamaroneck Ave; White Plains, NY 10605 in honor of his great great-niece, Riley Grace Miller.
