He is survived by: his wife Janet L. Maggard; his children, Litisha Herndon (Jason), Taunya Dickerson (Craig) and Larry Maggard (Janal); his stepdaughter Christy Ann Noel; his siblings, Jimmy Maggard (Linda Jane) and Linda Gail Maggard; his grandchildren, Chad Adams (Tenielle), Christopher Adams (Stephanie), Jason Keith Herndon (Amber), Sheldon, Daniel, Asher, Shiloh Livingston, Grace Baker (Carson), Abby Gonzalez (Allen), Elijah Livingston (Mikayla), Priscilla Shelton (Teamo), Katlyn Dickerson and Logan Dickerson; and his great grandchildren, Nolan, Everly Adams, Rosalee, Willow Baker, Nylah Gonzalez, Jax and Hudson Livingston. He is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, January 31st 2025 at 1:50 PM at the Greenhills Memory Gardens (11800 Gov G C Peery Hwy, Cedar Bluff, VA 24609). A graveside service will be held on Friday, January 31st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
