He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Janet McCowan Lawson of Richlands, VA and Robert Eugene Lawson, II; his grandparents, Robert, Evelyn Garynell Lawson and Don McCowan; his sisters, Darrenisha Rayne Lawson, Devivian Patty Bernice Lawson and Tammy Jean Lawson; his niece Marley Rose Lawson; his fiancé Cassie Taylor of Richlands, VA; his daughter Brianna Lawson (Hailey Hancock) of Richlands, VA.; his stepdaughter Karrah Taylor (Austin Stiltner); his siblings, Eva Spears, Timber McCowan, Freda Blankenship and Patrick Lawson of Richlands, VA; his nephew Noah Jackson; his grandmother JoAnne McCowan; his parents-in-law, Beverly and Steve Byrd; his grandchild Karter Stiltner; and his sister-in-law Ashley Jackson A.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Hurst-Scott Funeral Home (1401 2nd St, Richlands, VA 24641). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 7th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
