He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Dennis Simpson, Sr. and Betty Jean Arnold Simpson; and his brother Richard Eugene Simpson. He is survived by: his niece Amanda Simpson of Richlands, VA; his close friends, Mike Hagy and Benny Amick, Sr. (Stacey); and also, Benny Amick, Jr., Lydya Amick and McKynzie Amick.
