He is survived by: his wife Brenda Craig Porter of Claypool Hill, VA; his daughter Beth Parks (George) of Bristol, VA; his granddaughter Kimberly Parks of Charlottesville, VA; his son Jeff Porter of Murfreesboro, TN; his brother William Witten Porter (Linda) of Dumfries, VA; his nephew Michael Porter (Michelle) of Fredericksburg, VA; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Hannah and Drew; his niece Amy Miller (Jeff) of Dumfries, VA; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Nathan and Cole.
